Once submitted your enquiry will be reviewed by Student Support staff and actioned as necessary. The information you provide will be used to manage and respond to your enquiry. We sometimes obtain additional information about you from the student database such as disability, demographics and course information so that we can offer you the best support possible. This form is not intended for any emergency situation. If you have an emergency call the Emergency Services on 999. Then use this form to report the incident.

You can use this form if you have a concern or are seeking advice about a student’s academic progress, their wellbeing or behaviour, or feel they are a potential risk to themselves or others, for example: 

 - As a University of Cumbria student to report concerns about another University of Cumbria student  

 - As a member of staff to report a concern or seek advice about a University of Cumbria student 

 - As an external to report concerns about a University of Cumbria student 

Where appropriate, please encourage the student to submit an enquiry themself. 

Please identify the nature of your concern from the options below. Add any additional information you feel would help us to respond effectively. 

Your referral will be dealt with by the appropriate specialist team who may contact you directly. The information you provide will be used manage and respond to your concern.
